School Band Success

We are please to share the success of our School Band at the annual “Bandfest” competition held at Warners Bay yesterday. The students in the band all rose to the occasion in true Rathmines fashion and received a Highly Commended award from the judges.

In addition, Jaiden Russell was presented with a ukulele as a prize for being selected as the most enthusiastic percussion player at the competition.

A big thankyou goes to Trish O’Hearn for her role in supporting the development of our School Band. The students are now looking forward to performing for the school community at some of our end of year events.
